- Kundenberatung per Telefon und E-Mail
- Professioneller Service im Technischen Support
- Unterstützung bei der Verwendung von Gaming-Produkten
- Installation und Synchronisierung von Software und Geräten
- Effektive Hilfeleistung und Beratung beim Kauf von Gaming-Produkten
Ihr Profil
- Freundliche und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Kundenberater
- Deutsch auf mindestens C1 Sprach-Niveau
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fertigkeiten als Kundenberater
- EU-Bürger oder im Besitz einer Arbeitserlaubnis für Portugal
