    We're in search of a skilled German Trainer to handle training needs assessments, curriculum design and delivery, and the overall management of training interventions. You'll also be responsible for evaluating training efficiency, enhancing metrics, and optimizing the learning process.

    Our client stands out as the primary platform for short-form mobile videos, aiming to ignite creativity and spread joy.

    As a Trainer for this role, your key daily tasks will include:

    • Identifying training needs by assessing strengths and weaknesses
    • Converting requirements into training sessions that prepare employees for their next career milestones
    • Creating an annual training schedule and crafting lesson plans
    • Producing classroom materials, aids, and manuals
    • Supervising structured learning experiences and ensuring their quality
    • Orienting new hires and facilitating onboarding sessions
    • Conducting training sessions
    • Evaluating training outcomes to guarantee the application of taught skills in work behaviors
    • Regularly reviewing ongoing programs to align with any updates
    • Keeping updated on the latest trends and tools in employee development
    • Coordinating with the Client's training scheme and Sitel protocols
    • Taking personal accountability for adhering to all company and client Health, Safety, and Security guidelines

    To excel in this position, you should possess:

    • Native or proficient proficiency in German (C2)
    • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum) with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proficiency in additional language(s) used in the project is advantageous
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Full availability to work in Lisbon - on-site presence is obligatory
    • Capability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
    • Ability to make impartial and sound judgments
    • Problem-solving skills and proactive suggestions
    • Capability to influence behaviors
    • Compliance with all organizational regulations and procedures
    • Capacity to provide constructive feedback to enhance agents' performance

    Education and experience prerequisites:

    • University degree or relevant work experience
    • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a call center
    • Prior teaching, coaching, or training exposure is beneficial

    Specific Requirements (if needed):

    • Readiness for travel
