- Atendimento e suporte ao cliente.
- Análise dos resultados obtidos, detetando possíveis problemas ou formas de melhoria na venda direta.
- Proposta de soluções e ferramentas ajustadas às necessidades dos nossos clientes.
- Prestação de suporte à equipa de Account Managers.
- Realização de tarefas internas relacionadas com o desenvolvimento de projetos atuais e novos.
- Documentação de procedimentos e funcionalidades.
- Tradução de documentos e websites.
- Experiência prévia no setor hoteleiro.
- Experiência prévia em gestão de incidências será valorizada.
- Conhecimento de ferramentas tecnológicas de revenue management e de gestão hoteleira (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, Booking Engine, etc).
- Capacidade de comunicação, uma vez que irás trabalhar em contacto direto com os clientes.
- Bons conhecimentos de espanhol. Outros idiomas também serão valorizados.
- Proatividade na resolução de problemas e proposta de soluções.
- Residir no distrito de Faro, com possibilidade de deslocação ao escritório de Albufeira.
