    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Lisbon as a Business Development Manager. As part of our international expansion, you will be responsible for building and developing our local operations from the ground up.

    As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be focused on prospecting, managing client relationships and understanding project needs. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and qualifying freelance IT consultants and driving the full sales and recruitment cycle (approx. 70% business development / 30% recruitment).

    What We Are Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing your own client portfolio in IT recruitment or IT staffing
    • You genuinely enjoy prospecting and cold calling
    • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English are required (Spanish is a strong plus)
