Como é Ser Team Leader CRM ?
- Gerir e liderar equipa de CRM, motivando-a para servir com excelência o Cliente
- Apoio na construção e desenvolvimento de soluções de CRM
- Lançar e fazer todo o seguimento de projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos
- Gestão de prioridades alinhada com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa
- Trabalhar em equipa com prestadores de serviços de IT
O que valorizamos:
- Formação académica em áreas das Engenharias, tecnologias de Informação ou equivalente
- Background na gestão e delivery de projetos CRM (Zoho ou equivalente)
- Experiência na apresentação de soluções de software
- Conhecimentos comprovados em programação e integração de sistemas
- Experiência na gestão de equipas multidisciplinares e de alto desempenho.
