- Gerir e liderar equipa de CRM, motivandoa para servir com excelência o Cliente;
- Apoio na construção e desenvolvimento de soluções de CRM;
- Lançar e fazer todo o seguimento de projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos;
- Gestão de prioridades alinhada com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa;
- Trabalhar em equipa com prestadores de serviços de IT.
- Formação académica em áreas das Engenharias, tecnologias de Informação ou equivalente;
- Background na gestão e delivery de projetos CRM (Zoho ou equivalente);
- Experiência na apresentação de soluções de software;
- Conhecimentos comprovados em programação e integração de sistemas;
- Experiência na gestão de equipas multidisciplinares e de alto desempenho;
- Forte sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e espírito crítico;
- Visão estratégia entre objetivos de negócio e definição de produto;
- Organizado, trabalha bem em equipa e está focado na pesquisa de tendência;
- Domínio da língua inglesa.
