Descrição Este profissional será responsável por:
Gerir uma equipa de Account Manager que lhe ficará afecta entre a zona norte e centro do país;Trabalhar toda a vertente de liderança e gestão de uma equipa operacional;Acompanhar a sua equipa nas visitas aos clientes;Acompanhar os clientes de maior importância e angariar novos negócios;Definir a estratégia do canal Horeca e trabalhar a penetração no mercado;Analisar o negócio e a concorrência.
Perfil ideal Procuramos profissionais com as seguintes características:
Experiência, mínima, de 3 anos em funções de Gestão de equipa no canal Horeca;Experiência na área de FMCG;Boa capacidade analítica e estratégica;Nível fluente de Inglês;Orientação para a equipa e para uma liderança efectiva e de proximidade; Capacidade de influenciar, dinamizar e motivar a equipa comercial.
