About the project:
You will be providing services for Italian-speaking clients by assisting them with any issues or questions related to the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks:
Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
Management of incoming calls and email
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Handling clients' requests:
policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details
What you need:
Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
Fluent in English (at least C1)
Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
