Your Profile:


  • Excellent communication skills, capable of providing worldclass service to new and returning customers
  • Experienced in chat customer success roles, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position
  • Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail
  • Critical thinker, capable of crafting custommade responses
  • Interest in advertising and marketing
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English (B2 level or higher)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Provide firstlevel support to unmanaged advertisers via Ad Studio
  • Manage and resolve queries, requests, and feedback received via chat
  • Use critical thinking to craft thoughtful, custommade responses to customer queries
  • Identify sales opportunities and support advertisers as a consultative partner
  • Command and convey key Ad Studio product knowledge to advertisers with accuracy
  • Log issues and escalate technical queries using internal systems
