- Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência comprovada em SEO (conhecimentos de SEM desejado, mas não obrigatório)
- Experiência de trabalho com SEO, ferramentas de marketing analíticas e digitais (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, OnCrawl, ferramentas de gestão de conteúdo)
- Sólida compreensão da aquisição de clientes online
- Conhecimento prático de desenvolvimento HTML, CSS e JavaScript e gestão de sites Internet
- Conhecimento das melhores práticas de SEO e das últimas tendências do sector
- Capacidade para realizar auditorias técnicas de SEO e acompanhamento de resultados
- Aptidão para análise de palavras-chave e otimização de conteúdo
- Fluente em inglês
- Responsável pela elaboração da estratégia de SEO da Decathlon Portugal
- Melhorar a visibilidade da Decathlon nos motores de busca mais importantes
- Impulsionar a aquisição orgânica de clientes e o crescimento do negócio (online e offline)
- Garantir que as melhores práticas de SEO são implementadas em Portugal e priorizadas nos roadmaps de SEO internacional
- Partilhar análises, relatórios e definir planos de ação com base em oportunidades e tendências
- Pesquisar e implementar recomendações para novas oportunidades de SEO
- Fazer análises de mercado e concorrência, seguir as tendências relevantes e adaptar à realidade da Decathlon Portugal
- Definição e elaboração de estratégias de conteúdo de longo prazo para potenciar long term keywords
- Realização de sinergias entre o SEO e outras alavancas de aquisição de tráfego
- Agir em total autonomia e em parceria com agências de SEO
- Progressão profissional nacional e internacional
