Estamos a recrutar Operations Support Manager - Logistics (m/f), para empresa cliente de referência no seu setor de atuação, localizada em Setúbal.
A FUNÇÃO
O/A profissional a admitir terá como principais responsabilidades:
Suporte no planeamento e implementação de processos, gerir e assegurar o crescimento, melhorar a qualidade e performance da operação;
Planificação das atividades diárias;
Dinamizar e controlar a atividade operacional de forma a atingir os resultados definidos.
Garantir o reporte do desempenho e impactos operacionais do negócio à Administração;
Controlo de índices de produtividade, tempo e custos das operações;
Colaborar no desenvolvimento de sistemas, procedimentos e processos que garantam a eficácia da operação;
Assegurar que são cumpridos os requisitos normativos de qualidade, ambiente e segurança no trabalho e outras normas que esteja sujeita dentro da política da empresa;
Promover uma formação continua com vista a garantir um desempenho de excelência e uma cultura de colaboração entre todos os colaboradores, assumindo elevados standards de ética/integridade nos negócios e nas relações interpessoais;
Reportar regularmente à direção sobre o desempenho da operação sob a sua responsabilidade;
Identificar áreas de melhoria nas operações e implementar soluções para aumentar a eficácia.
REQUISITOS
Formação superior em Engenharia, Gestão ou Logística;
Experiência profissional na gestão de operações de logístico automóvel;
Experiência na utilização de sistemas de informação na área da logística;
Domínio da língua inglesa;
Resiliência, proatividade, rigor e flexibilidade.
