Your Responsibilities - Lead the ideation, creation, and development of frontend applications -- such as staking, administration, and governance -- interacting with Pyth Network.
- Work alongside business development, sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure these applications are serving user needs.
- Elevate our team by mentoring junior engineers and setting a high standard in software design and documentation.
- Connect with the developer community to understand their requirements, and craft web tools tailored to them.
Desired Skills and Experience: - At least 4 years of frontend engineering experience, ideally developing a major consumer-facing web application.
- Deep familiarity with Typescript and React.
- A zest for fast-paced, startup-like environments, adapting swiftly to the ever-changing DeFi market.
- Exceptional technical communication skills for diverse interactions within and outside the team.
- Ability to nurture engineers of varying skill levels.
- Willingness to manage periodic on-call responsibilities.
