    Job Description:

    9-month internship opportunity starting in September 2024 and concluding in June 2025. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, offering a monthly compensation of 1050€ along with meal and hybrid allowances.

    Responsibilities - your mission

    Join Airbus as an intern in the Human Resources department where you will support the Onboarding Specialist team. Your main tasks involve facilitating the onboarding process for new employees and coordinating internal mobility initiatives across different Airbus subsidiaries and regions.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Preventive support
    • Anticipating changes for newcomers in collaboration with Recruitment stakeholders
    • Providing L2 support to troubleshoot onboarding issues
    • Carrying out follow-up and reporting tasks

    Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

    • Open to recent graduates, bachelor's students from the 2nd year onwards, and master's students related to the field
    • Relevant educational background
    • Keen eye for detail and precise work
    • Strong integrity and ethical behavior
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to engage with various organizational levels and manage stakeholders effectively
    • Proficient in English (Advanced level required), knowledge of another European language is a bonus
