The Profile:

You are proficient in Dutch
You are proficient in English (from level C1)
You have excellent communication skills
You are open to learn everything about customer care
You are able to work 160 hours a month in rotating shifts (Monday to Friday)
You are happy to live in Lisbon
Some experience in a call center is nice to have, but not mandatory

Your responsibilities:

You will offer information about the ingredients and composition of the products
You will give assistance in case of emergency and improper use of the products
