I'm passionate about aviation industry, with 5 years experience as flight attendant in Emirates Airlines, and currently working for easyJet. I have my wings off, however still enjoying the world of aviation while working as a Customer Advisor for the Legal Department. My main role is to provide facts to support ideas, while having an strong
knowledge of Company's processes, needs and resources, in order to defend the Company position through different claims. 

I manage to achieve and  even exceed monthly targets, increasing my productivity and supporting my colleagues as well,  sharing the knowledge in aviation and the Company processes. As a team player, I try that all the Spanish market team reach the targets.
