- Managing the team, defining and integrating appropriate resources in accordance with the defined business strategy.
- Managing client relationships, including defining project activities and resolving any arising issues.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas in the sector.
- Creating and expanding sales channels, as well as developing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitoring financial matters such as budgeting and creating financial models to assess project viability, including sales, acquisitions, and contract management, while identifying and assessing associated risks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Experience in business development and team management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Initiative, proactivity, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills.
