  • Kantar's Worldpanel division is searching for dynamic and methodical graduates to join our internship program as Client Executive Trainees. Based in Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to join our dedicated Client Service teams and be part of our exciting vision for the future
  • Role's mission
  • We're seeking to integrate and train recent graduates into our annual internship program led by our Client Service Team of experts who will secure a thorough and phased training plan, as well as, facilitating an environment where you'll be able to be exposed and contribute to some of our most significant projects.
  • As a Client Executive Trainee, you can expect to develop a valuable mix of data manipulation and client management capabilities particularly within consumer panels and the FMCG industry.
  • Depending on your previous experiences and academic background, we'll adjust your training and responsibilities so that by the end of this 9month internship you'll become a more capable and knowledgeable professional within the field.
  • Key outcomes
  • Work on data analysis to ensure an optimal presentation of results to the client/manager, in accordance with their expectations by drawing conclusions, analysing data and situations in order to validate the needs of any improvement action that needs to be taken, proving the reliability of the available information.
  • Collaborate proactively in creating insights/recommendations to be delivered and presented to the client.
  • Collaborate on updating and validating shoppers' panel data before it's shared with clients (e.g., Validating category trends in time series).
  • Contribute to the development of workflows and manage schedules and changes by following up on projects' schedules with their owners as well as with any other teams that are active contributors on these activities/proposals.
  • Looking for ways to improve, raise standards, reducing errors and overcoming omissions.
  • Key Capabilities
  • Your background will ideally look like this
  • Eligibility for a L6 IEFP Internship Program.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Management, Econometrics or equivalent fields we want you to have a strong passion for both numbers and communication
  • Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).
  • Proven knowledge in MS Office Suite.
  • With the following qualities
  • Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate genuine passion for consumer behaviour.
  • Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.
  • Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.
  • Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
  • Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.
  • The following, although not mandatory, will be appreciated
  • Proficient skills with MS Excel (Advanced formulas; Pivot Tables; Data Visualization).
  • Solid knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
  • Knowledge on Market Research and/or Consumer Studies.
  • Business proficiency in Spanish.
