    Das erwartet Dich

  • In unseren Projekten unterstützt Du eigenverantwortlich, eingebettet in unsere Projektteams, die Führungskräfte namhafter Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen bei der Digitalisierung ihres Kerngeschäfts.
  • Du übernimmst frühzeitig Verantwortung für (Teil-)Projekte, Fachthemen und Menschen in Abhängigkeit von Deiner Erfahrung.
  • Du überführst topaktuelle Technologie-Trends in neuartige Geschäftsideen und leitest daraus tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle und Strategien ab.
  • Durch Kunden-, Wettbewerbs- und Best-Practice-Analysen schaffst Du fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Wissens- und Erfahrungsträger auf Kundenseite bindest Du in innovativen Workshop-Formaten gezielt in die Ergebnisgestaltung ein.

    • Das bringst Du mit

  • Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium, idealerweise mit einem Fokus im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder IT.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens vier Jahren im Strategy Consulting einer etablierten Unternehmensberatung.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung und Begeisterung für mehrere der folgenden Themen: Digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Unternehmensstrategie, Change-Management, Transformationsmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung als auch Führungspotenzial oder erste Führungserfahrung und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (C1-Niveau). Portugiesisch und Deutsch sind von Vorteil.
