Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor - Remote all over Portugal:
We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leading high-end car brand in Europe.

Your Profile

Dutch proficiency mandatory and fluent English

Customer-oriented and a
results-driven approach

  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory

Your responsibilities:


  • General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)
  • Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
  • Details on dealerships
  • Warranty coverage
  • Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
  • Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
  • Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
