    Responsibilities:
    Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Provide support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques. Assist project managers and teams in the implementation of the PMO processes and systems. Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports related to project scope, stakeholders, risks, and timelines. Monitor project progress and perform regular status reporting to the management and key stakeholders. Coordinate and participate in project meetings and stakeholder communications ensuring strategic alignment and integration across projects. Ensure project resources are utilized according to project plans and budgets. Support the project teams in resolving complex project issues and risks, focusing on resolution strategies to mitigate these risks. Manage the repository of all deliverables, documentation, reports, and business correspondence.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar; 3 to 5 years of experience in a PMO role, ideally with experience in managing or coordinating BSS transformation projects; Previous experience in the telecom sector as a PMO; Prior experience with Amdocs BSS stack is highly preferable; Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans and integrate cross-project activities; Strong proficiency in spoken and written English; Willing to Travel 1-2 week per month; Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills


    Nice to Have:
    Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows. Experience fostering a cooperative work environment and coordinating with multiple teams across different time zones. Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region (e.g., Azerbaijani).

    Responsabilidades:
    Facilitar o planeamento, a programação e o acompanhamento das etapas e timelines do projeto utilizando as ferramentas adequadas. Prestar apoio e orientação em matéria de processos, procedimentos, ferramentas e técnicas de gestão de projectos. Assessorar os gestores de projecto e as equipas na implementação dos processos e sistemas do PMO.

    Desenvolver e manter a documentação do projeto, planos e relatórios relacionados com o âmbito do projeto, as partes interessadas, os riscos e os prazos.

    Acompanhar a evolução do projeto e elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre o estado da situação para a direção e as principais partes interessadas.

    Coordenar e participar em reuniões de projeto e comunicações com as partes interessadas, assegurando o alinhamento estratégico e a integração entre projectos.

    Assegurar que os recursos do projeto são utilizados de acordo com os planos e orçamentos do projeto.

    Apoiar as equipas de projeto na resolução de problemas e riscos complexos do projeto, concentrando-se em estratégias de resolução para atenuar esses riscos.

    Gerir o repositório de todos os resultados, documentação, relatórios e correspondência comercial.

    Requisitos:

    Licenciatura e/ou mestrado em informática ou similar; 3 a 5 anos de experiência numa função de PMO, idealmente com experiência na gestão ou coordenação de projectos de transformação BSS.

    Experiência prévia no sector das telecomunicações enquanto PMO; É altamente preferível ter experiência prévia com a pilha BSS da Amdocs.

    Capacidade comprovada para gerir planos de projectos complexos e integrar actividades entre projectos. Forte proficiência em inglês falado e escrito. Disponibilidade para viajar 1-2 semanas por mês. Competências excepcionais de comunicação, organização e liderança.

    Responsabilidades:
    Facilitar la planificación, programación y seguimiento de los plazos e hitos de los proyectos utilizando las herramientas adecuadas.
