Then this might be the perfect match for youYour responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Agent will be:Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.

    Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
    Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
    Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.

    Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
    A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of EnglishA valid Portuguese work permit (required)

    Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceMotivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectivelyExcitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyleWhat's in it for you?Type of contract:
    Unfixed term contract, 30 days probation periodWorking hours: full time (40h/week)

    Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month + 50€ tech bonus + 200€ language bonus + 120€ performance bonusLoyalty bonus of 300 euros every three monthsHealth insurance after 6 months Paid professional trainingEmployee discountsFun and engaging company-wide initiativesExcellent work cultureFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 monthsUp to euros for accommodation per month for 12 months (Reimbursed during 12 months)
