    Descrição Credit Policy ImplementationOpening credit for new customersCollection of overdue invoicesResolution and identification of issues with pending invoicesMaintenance of records in CRMContinuous contact with customers and sales networkMonitoring of current accounts and risk trackingFollow-up on customer requests (release or block orders)

    Recording of receiptsSupport to the finance departmentReporting on customer-related matters Perfil ideal Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or Bachelor's DegreeFluency in Italian, knowledge of French is a plusGood computer skills, especially in ExcelEnjoyment of customer contactStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and assertive negotiation skillsExperience in credit control Vantagens Carrer Progression
    Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
