A área de Strategy and Transactions (SaT) da EY presta serviços nos domínios de mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, business modelling, due diligence, entre outros. Atualmente, encontramo-nos a reforçar a nossa equipa de M&A, com a integração de um Manager.

    Responsabilidades

    •Apoiar empresas e investidores na gestão de processos de M&A, tanto na ótica da compra como da venda, desde a procura de oportunidades até ao fecho do projeto;
    •Gerir projetos complexos de aquisição, fusão, venda ou financiamento, assumindo um papel de liderança na gestão do relacionamento com o cliente;

    •Gerir equipas de trabalho e assumir a responsabilidade pelo desenvolvimento dos elementos mais juniores;

    •Assumir um papel ativo na identificação e exploração de novas oportunidades de negócio.

    Requisitos da função

    •Formação académica em áreas de Gestão, Finanças, Economia ou similar;
    •5-10 anos de experiência relevante em M&A, corporate finance, private equity e análise de investimentos, due diligence ou áreas similares;

    •Experiência em consultoria será considerado um plus;

    •Fluente em Português e em Inglês;

    •Boas competências comerciais e de networking;

    •Experiência em gestão de projetos e gestão de equipas.
