    Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Technischer Support für Software Services werden sein: Unterstützung von Kunden durch Beantwortung eingehender Anfragen und Dokumentierung relevanter Fallinformationen Unterstützung von Benutzern bei Pre-Sales, allgemeinen Anfragen und technischen Support-Problemen über Telefon/E-Mail/Social-Media-Kanäle Anpassen der Stimme und des Tons der Marke für Interaktionen sowohl auf privaten (Telefon/E-Mail/Chat) als auch auf öffentlichen Kanälen (soziale Netzwerke/Foren/E-Commerce-Bewertungen) Sicherstellung einer ausgezeichneten Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine angemessene und freundliche Reaktion Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:
