- Planear as necessidades de produção e compra geradas automaticamente pelo ERP. Confirmar e programar no ERP as necessidades dos clientes (internos e externos). Comunicar diariamente com a equipa de BackOffice de Espanha.
- Estabelecer a ligação entre as equipas de Portugal e Espanha, para garantir que não haverá falhas em termos de componentes e necessidades para montagem dos produtos.
- Discutir com Espanha as prioridades de montagem, de acordo com a procura dos clientes.
- Verificar e controlar todos os movimentos diários efectuados pelas áreas de produção no ERP, para corrigir e evitar erros. Controlar os inventários de Matérias-Primas, e Produtos Acabados no software e fisicamente.
- Apoiar a Gestão na execução do planeamento, garantindo que o mesmo é executado.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia de Gestão Industrial ou similar.
- Nível médio de inglês (mínimo B1) e bom nível de espanhol.
- Mínimo de 2-3 anos em funções similares em empresas industriais.
- Valorizaremos a experiência na gestão de equipas, na capacidade de liderança, na comunicação e na de gestão de conflitos
