- Guaranteeing that deployments and VBHC programs within your direct oversight are delivered with high-quality standards, within the time and budget planned.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs, gather key requirements, and help customers use specific features in order to promote the adoption of Promptly solutions.
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Showcase our products in key client meetings and lead steering meetings
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product teams for being able to prepare our products for new, exciting use cases within the payers setting
- Creating polished user stories for the product team and leading the analysis and contributing to requirement gathering for next products
- Manage the development and releases of upcoming versions of Promptly's products for the insurance industry
- Support the creation of new offerings in close collaboration with sales
- Previous experience within or directly related with the healthcare industry is a plus, namely healthcare providers, insurance or pharma industry (Product owner, Delivery, Project Management, Actuary, Business Analysis, Data Scientist, etc)

We are currently seeking a UK-based Customer Success Manager for Wales (remote job but regular contact with clients is needed) who wants to help us execute this growth strategy, by moving our value proposition for the healthcare providers industry forward.
You will work closely with our leadership team, leading our programs' management efforts in the healthcare market (healthcare providers mainly, but also payers and pharma/medtech).
What you'll be expected to do
You hold deep empathy for clients and have a strong focus on achieving revenue expansion and growth. You are bright, self-starter with relentless energy and positivity, and passionate about being part of a nascent and mission-driven project in healthcare. You have the ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building and the flexibility to manage differences of opinion within the team. You are a good communicator, and you are excellent at establishing contacts and building relationships. You privilege an analytical approach and an ability to identify the strategic dimension of the issues.
You are ambitious, enjoy taking ownership and are constantly working to improve your skills, and you're not afraid to constructively challenge. You are willing to hustle to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
