- Support the R&S processes
- Search and identify potential Candidates on Social Networks to create shortlists of talents;
- Organize and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy as attractively and convincingly as possible;
- Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;
- Track candidates to ensure timely action from Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners side; Hand over candidates who have been actively sourced and applied on the BorgWarner career sitel to Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners;
- Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing
- Complete data analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate in the reporting and administration of HR KPIs
- Deliver communications for generalists tasks in subject area
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education or related area
- Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written
- Experience in Recruitment area is valuable
- Eligibility for professional intenship procedure by portuguese law
