A sua missão:
Contribuir para a consecução dos objetivos da loja através de capacidades de venda eficazes e da otimização do serviço ao cliente enquanto se promove a imagem da marca.
Quais vão ser as suas funções? Serviço ao cliente Resolver as consultas dos clientes e superar as expectativas na loja.
Atender vários clientes utilizando procedimentos standard. Gerir as transações na caixa registadora com precisão e eficiência. Conhecer, compreender e demonstrar um conhecimento do produto atualizado e completo. Vendas Alcançar objetivos de vendas pessoais / da loja tendo em conta os KPI da loja. Imagem da loja Manter a loja de acordo com a imagem da empresa. Manter organizada a sala de existências e a sala de acessórios. Manter a perda de existências no mínimo. Repor de maneira devida. Comportamento profissional Cumprir o código de vestuário da companhia. Participar e contribuir em reuniões informativas e reuniões de pessoal. Desenvolver e manter boas relações de trabalho com todos os colegas, incluindo a gestão de linha. Aconselhar e ajudar a formar outros membros do pessoal. Observar e trabalhar dentro das pautas de saúde e segurança. Ser um bom embaixador da marca. Administração de lojas Abrir e fechar a loja quando for preciso. Gestões administrativas.
