    Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the Channels and Brand Management departments in their company, playing a pivotal role in steering the brand's growth.

    ROLE:

    Strategic Expansion Leadership:
    Propel the company's growth, overseeing the current brand presence, and strategically planning new launches


    Comprehensive Media Approach:
    Develop and execute a holistic strategy across channels like Search, Shopping, Display, Social, and Affiliates


    Excellence in Affiliate Programs:
    Drive the success and enhancement of the partner program


    Collaboration Management:
    Lead in managing and cultivating collaborations for brand growth and market reach


    Performance Optimization:
    Supervise and optimize the performance of all marketing channels to exceed goals


    Collaboration Development Team Leadership:
    Foster the growth of junior team members through guidance and mentorship


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Educational Qualifications:
    Ideally, possess a degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field


    Demonstrated Success Record:
    Showcase success in similar roles, highlighting the ability to deliver tangible results


    Managerial Expertise:
    Proven experience in leading teams, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.


    Expertise in Digital Marketing Practices:
    Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing strategies and practices


    Multilingual Proficiency:
    Fluent in both Portuguese and English


    Individual Traits:
    Display autonomy, proactivity, responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
