responsabilidades chave
Participar na definição/ revisão e implementação dos Modelos de Gestão de Carreiras, Mobilidade Interna e Sucessão da empresa, promovendo planos de mobilidade funcional adequados às necessidades da organização e coincidentes com as expectativas e satisfação dos colaboradores e da empresa.
Apoiar no desenho/ revisão e implementação do Modelo de Gestão do Desempenho, mediante acompanhamento transversal do processo e suporte ao HR Business Partner.
Assegurar a atualização da Matriz Funcional e todos os documentos de Suporte.
Contribuir para a definição/ revisão e implementação da política de Recrutamento e Seleção.
Propor e implementar modelos, estratégias futuras que possam contribuir para a criação e manutenção da Cultura interna da empresa e desenvolvimento interno de carreiras.
competências
Formação Superior em Recursos Humanos, Gestão ou similar;
Experiência de 2 a 4 anos na área de Desenvolvimento Organizacional;
Experiência válida em processos de gestão de desempenho, modelos de competências, e mapeamento de talento em contexto empresa / industria (preferencial);
Conhecimento de Sucess Factors na ótica de administrador de RH;
Domínio de ferramentas de MS Office;
Conhecimento de SAP (preferencial).
