    Overview The Delivery Director is accountable for the delivery of large-scale programmes of work involving multiple teams, both across the organisation and with external partners and vendors
    Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects and programmes within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timing
    Proactively manage risk, change and performance, both programme and operational, and lead changes where appropriate
    Manage and allocate resources for assigned projects/programmes including internal, contractors, and supplier resources
    Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, negotiate to resolve conflict and build consensus, manage expectations and facilitate open communication between all parties
    Effectively communicate to colleagues within the Engineering teams, Operations and Product Management domains as well as to senior stakeholders, business leaders, technology CIOs, and key partners across the business
    Ensure effective project monitoring, control processes, risk management, and quality processes are employed and maintained
    Work with leadership to define, collect and track appropriate metrics that help guide successful outcomes, avoiding vanity metrics and focussing on actionable data
    Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the role, both within programmes, personally and as part of the Technology Leadership team
    Manage objectives and key results on behalf of the Technology leadership team, ensuring these are SMART and in accordance with agreed strategy and company goals
    Capabilities and Experience General Experience Significant experience in programme management for technology programmes and projects
    Experience of budget planning and management
    Strong delivery experience across large scale, complex organisations
    Strong leadership and a clear track record of delivering outstanding performance
    Significant experience in stakeholder management
    An ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation is essential
    Skills (Expertise needed to perform the key responsibilities) Skilled in programme management and planning methodologies, tools and processes and technology programme delivery
    Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
    Ability to manage all aspects of programmes, including providing overall guidance and direction and overseeing financial management activities
    Excellent time-management and decision-making skills and the ability to work across several initiatives concurrently
    Strong finance and analytical background to manage large scale programme accounting
    Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
    Ability to negotiate activities and changes to commitments/requirements with internal and external teams
    Ability to review programme outputs for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
    Ability to review in-flight and planned programmes to find opportunities for re-use and process improvement
    Relationship management skills, ability to build and create a strong internal network across levels and fields in Kantar
    Professional knowledge and accreditation in project and programme management disciplines an advantage
    Strong people management skills an advantage
