- Colaborar em projetos e iniciativas do Workday, além de apoiar a implementação de um LMS global.
- Garantir o bom funcionamento dos sistemas, respondendo a consultas de utilizadores, resolvendo problemas, carregando dados e fornecendo treino.
- Desempenhar um papel fundamental na promoção do Workday em toda a empresa.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos e propor soluções.
- Oferecer suporte na resolução de tickets de suporte de nível 1.
- Experiência na manutenção e suporte do Workday.
- Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e suporte a métricas em toda a empresa.
- Sólida experiência em HCM e conhecimento de outros módulos do Workday (Performance, Talent, Recruitment, Time and Absence, Expenses).
- Habilidade comprovada em resolver consultas de utilizadores e fornecer suporte eficiente.
- Experiência de trabalho com um LMS global.
- Modificar fluxos de trabalho e funcionalidades conforme necessário.
- Desenvolver e atualizar documentação do utilizador.
- Experiência com uploads massivos de dados via EIBs.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês, falado e escrito.
- Forte sentido de Responsabilidade, Proatividade, Polivalência e Adaptabilidade;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
- Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
