    Du bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Position, in der du Kunden und Interessenten bei anstehenden Fragen unterstützen kannst?
    Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
    ausgesprochene Beratung von Kunden bei anstehenden Fragen
    Erreichen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit mit Fokus auf Qualität und Ergebnisse

    Deine Aufgaben und Auswirkungen bei der Arbeit im Vertrieb werden sein:
    Entwicklung des Geschäftsumfelds für nachhaltiges Wachstum des Kunden
    Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehungen innerhalb des Kunden, um die langfristige Wahrnehmbarkeit von Techniken, Strategien und allgemeinen Bewegungen der Konkurrenz zu erhalten
    Suche nach neuen Verkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem bestehenden Kundenportfolio
    Fokussierung auf die Steigerung des Nutzens durch proaktive Verwaltung
    Verfolgen, Verwalten und Berichten der laufenden Aktivitäten in Bezug auf die Vertriebspipeline
    Beantwortung und Bereitstellung von Lösungen für eingehende Anrufe von Kunden oder Partnern

    Deine Aufgaben und Auswirkungen bei der Arbeit in der Kundenbetreuung werden sein:
    Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Bereitstellung der besten Interaktion innerhalb der Kundendienstabteilung
    Aktives Zuhören beim Kunden durch eine positive Grundeinstellung und ständige Professionalität
    Bereitstellung der bestmöglichen Antworten und Lösungen für Fragen und Anliegen der Kunden auf die Art und Weise, mit der du am sichersten umgehen kannst: am Telefon, per E-Mail oder über soziale Medien
    Ruhige und einfallsreiche Fehlerbehebung bei Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf deine Kundenerfahrung oder Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Systemkonfigurationen und Netzwerkeinstellungen
    Kontaktaufnahme mit anderen Abteilungen und Weiterleitung der betreffenden Fälle und Probleme an die zuständigen Abteilungen
    Sicherstellung und Beteiligung am Erfolg deiner Abteilung
    Sicherstellung der Konsistenz der Markenbotschaft durch Konzentration auf die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
    Unterstützung der Zuschauer bei Konten und Anwendungen, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Softwarefunktionalität

    Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:
    Du bist kundenorientiert, ein natürlicher Kommunikator und hast den Wunsch, Kunden in allen aufkommenden Unsicherheiten zu unterstützen?
    Du bist proaktiv und arbeitest gerne im Team?

    Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch (je nach Kunde ist B1 ausreichend)
    Du hast einen gültigen Schulabschluss oder befindest dich bereits im Bachelor-Studium
    Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Customer Service oder Vertrieb oder bist an einem dieser Bereiche interessiert
    Du bist kunden- und qualitätsorientiert
    Du hast eine strategische Denkweise
    Du strebst nach Perfektionismus und Exzellenz
    Du bist ein natürlicher Kommunikator und ein aufmerksamer Zuhörer
    Du bist motiviert und engagiert und hast ein großes Interesse an einer neuen Herausforderung
    Du arbeitest gerne im Team und freust dich darauf, dich in einem multinationalen Team zu engagieren

    Unabhängig von deinen Vorkenntnissen erhältst du für jede Position eine ausführliche Einarbeitung

    Was ist für dich drin?
    Mögliche Gehaltskonditionen: 2 Optionen:
    mit Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft mit firmeninternen Kollegen): 950€ brutto p.m.
    ohne Unterkunft: bis zu 1700€ brutto p.m.
    Vertragsart: unbefristeter, verlängerbarer 1-Jahres-Vertrag
    Ausbildung: 1-5 Wochen (abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und dem Projekt)
