    Regional Finance Projects – Senior Associate LiveWHAT YOU WILL DO In this role you will use your financial process knowledge and project management skills to drive change and deliver productivity improvements for Finance teams across the ELMAC region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Canada).

    The responsibilities of the role will includeManages existing portfolio of Automations (BOTs, Macros etc.). Delivers training to various stakeholders and works with technical teams to ensure continuity of operations.
    Manages projects to ensure deliverables are met on time. Interfaces with multiple clients to gather requirements that are complete and fit for purpose.
    Acts as link between affiliate teams and regional/corporate teams. Acts as a regional change agent on global projects, making sure information is cascaded appropriately to affiliate teams.
    Performs ad-hoc financial/data analysis to support projects and initiatives.
    Works with regional Finance functions (AP, Treasury, Accounting, Capability Center etc.) to simplify and standardize processes across countries.
    Performs interim assignments in local/regional Finance roles to acquire experience with different aspects of Finance.

    WINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Minimum requirementsUniversity Degree in Finance/AccountingAt least three years of relevant experience in a multinational environmentDemonstrated capability to learn quickly while being open and flexible to changesAbility to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies; strong communication skills are required.

    Ability to work independently; A good team player who can create relationships and build trust.


    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills:
    Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
    Fluent in EnglishPreferred requirementsStrong Project Management skillsExperience in Pharmaceutical IndustryExperience with process automation using RPA, Alteryx, etc.
