    Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

    While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Data & Services also collaborates closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.

    RoleThe position is for the Insights & Enablement team, a global team focused on ensuring that all of Data & Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently.

    This person will report contribute to drive business insights and process optimization within the global Data & Services by supporting the capacity planning exercise and automating / optimizing processes and support data-driven insights.

    Responsibilities

    • As a primary focus, own capacity planning modelling in Alteryx, supporting and coordinating the necessary efforts to maintain, optimize and further enhance the model
    • Support BAU activities on capacity management
    • Design solutions leveraging established functional tools and methodologies to support project objectives
    • Understand internal client needs and identifies opportunities to improve its efficiency by automating / optimizing internal processes
    • Build strong relationships with manager level clients and internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and other resources to design solutions for established objectives, define functional requirements, test and implement the solution
    • May manage medium-sized project/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading streams, or sub-streamsAbout you
    • Engineering, Data or Business degree
    • Experience w/ Alteryx, Tableau, SQL and similar
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to manage large and complex datasets
    • Analytical experience is an advantage
    • Consulting Background is an advantage
    • Experience applying business process mapping experience and understands its importance to process excellence
    • Articulate working knowledge of business processes and consistently takes a practical and fact-based approach to making decisions
