    Intelcia Shared Services is actively seeking a talented professional to join our team as a IT Field Support. If you have a passion for technical challenges, close client interaction, and a solid background in WAN/LAN, WLAN, and Security, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Shared Service in Lisbon

    • Your mission

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure strict control of SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and resolve 3rd Line tickets efficiently and accurately.
  • Work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work to optimize productivity.
  • Participate in preventive activities.

    • What you'll need to succeed :

  • Professional-level technical experience, preferably with CCNP or equivalent certification.
  • Solid knowledge in Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Ubiquity, and security solutions such as Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet
  • Certifications in Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Ubiquity.
  • Experience with security solutions such as Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet.
