    In Portugal, through Arrow Global Portugal, in addition to the direct investments in Real Estate and Credit that it has made since 2013, it has direct or indirect shares, 100% in Norfin SGOIC and Norfin Serviços (Real Estate), in Whitestar (NPLs), at Restart Capital (Company Restructuring), at Details Hotels & Resorts (Hotel Operations), and at Hefesto (Credit Securitization).

    With the aim of bolstering the team, we are seeking a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO). The Senior PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our organization.

    This individual will leverage their extensive experience, solid gravitas, and capacity to influence to drive project management excellence across the company, specifically for fund projects.

    Reporting directly to Director Portfolio Management, the Senior PMO will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to implement best practices, optimize processes, and achieve project objectives.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic guidance and leadership in project management practices, methodologies, and tools;Develop and implement project management frameworks, standards, and governance processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects;

    Project Coordination:

    Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including task listing, scheduling, and tracking deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals;Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and performance, and regularly report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.

    Lead project reviews, post-implementation assessments, and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project outcomes and processes;Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;Act as a liaison between project teams, business units, and executive leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals and priorities;Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization;Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project delivery capabilities.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related; Master's degree preferred;Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management;Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred;Experience in project management in real estate (preferred);Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, including experience with large-scale implementations and transformations;Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive accountability, and foster a collaborative work environment;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices;Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello);
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment;Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;Fluency in English.
