    A Unilever FIMA encontra-se a recrutar para a posição de Finance Business Partner Analyst


    Principais responsabilidades:

    Executar as actividades diárias da área, garantindo que os processos financeiros com impacto são executados dentro do timing estabelecido.

    Executar as actividades de fecho, incluindo a validação dos registos contabilísticos para o cumprimento do timetable mensal com impacto nos resultados da FO.Colaborar no orçamento anual (AP) e nas suas actualizações periódicas (LE) junto das áreas funcionais, bem como na consolidação dos dados recebidos e análises das principais variações.

    Analisar as variações do custo real vs. o orçamento Anual, para assegurar o controlo dos custos e contabilizações de acordo com as naturezas contabilísticas.

    Controlar o processo das ordens de compra efectuadas pelas áreas com acompanhamento regular para assegurar que não existem desvios ou erros que afectem os custos imputados.

    Participar e colaborar em novos projectos de desenvolvimento e assegurar que as implementações estão de acordo com os pressupostos do projecto.

    Executar análises financeiras de acordo com as necessidades da FO que sirvam de suporte para a tomada de decisão das áreas e da FO.Executar relatórios financeiros.

    Colaborar no suporte às auditorias (Internas e Externas).Realizar análises ad-hoc.

    Contribuir proactivamente na melhoria continua dos processos com o objectivo de otimizar o desempenho, mas também propor alternativas para melhorar tarefas ou questões que possam surgir.


    Conhecimentos Técnicos:
    Conhecimentos em Contabilidade e controlo de Gestão
    Conhecimentos avançados das ferramentas Office, nomeadamente Excel
    de ferramentas de análise de informação (Ex. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI)
    Conhecimentos de SAP
    Conhecimentos de inglês
