- Ondersteuning bieden bij bankgerelateerde vragen van klanten, voornamelijk via e-mail (bijv. aanvragen voor verhogingen van kaartplafonds).
- Uitvoeren van andere taken in verband met de bankactiviteit naar gelang van de behoeften van het project
- Coördineren van kantooractiviteiten en -operaties om efficiëntie en naleving van bedrijfsbeleid/procedures te waarborgen
- Aanmaken en bijwerken van dossiers en databases met personeels-, financiële en andere gegevens
- Vloeiend Nederlands beheersen en een goed niveau van het Engels
- Een aandachtig luisteraar zijn, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen
- Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden of de wil om die te ontwikkelen
- Energiek en innovatief zijn en proactief werken in een hoog tempo
- Enthousiast zijn over interculturele communicatie en de expatlevensstijl
- Wonen in Lissabon of bereid zijn om naar Lissabon te verhuizen voor een internationale carrière en levenservaring
