- Definir o plano estratégico de aquisição de talento, de forma a garantir o fluxo contínuo de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores, tendo em conta as necessidades da organização;
- Estabelecer, em cooperação com o Diretor de People & Culture, o plano anual de recrutamento, a definição e redefinição de prioridades, de acordo com as necessidades do negócio e as necessidades dos clientes internos;
- Definir os processos de recrutamento da hôma, contribuindo para a otimização da experiência dos candidatos, avaliando os indicadores e fazendo ajustes quando necessário;
- Realizar análises das tendências do mercado laboral, de forma a antecipar e a reajustar a estratégia de acordo com as vicissitudes do mercado;
- Definir e executar a estratégia de Employer Branding, promovendo a imagem da hôma enquanto empregador, de forma a robustecer o processo de atração de candidatos para as vagas disponíveis;
- Identificar e selecionar parceiros de recrutamento e seleção que suportem os processos da organização, definindo indicadores e monitorizando a qualidade do serviço e a satisfação dos clientes internos;
- Gerir, acompanhar, motivar e formar os membros da equipa de Talent Acquisition, de modo a contribuir para o envolvimento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e assegurar a qualidade e o cumprimento dos objetivos previstos;
- Garantir a melhoria contínua dos processos e procedimentos do departamento, sugerindo implementação de novas ações, metodologias ou inovações de práticas do departamento.
- Formação superior em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou similar;
- Experiência em funções similares (mandatório);
- Domínio de ferramentas MS Office;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês (mínimo nível B1) e valorizado o conhecimentos de francês e/ou espanhol;
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento, responsabilidade e organização;
- Capacidade de liderança, foco e dinamismo.
