- Oversee and assist Management in profit centers controlling;
- Manage and drive controlling activities of the department's projects;
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities;
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, and budgeting processes;
- Ensure asset management activities (clients, suppliers and stocks) / reporting;
- Elaborate customer offer calculation proposals;
- Monitor and execute Management reporting of the main department business KPIs;
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting;
- 3+ years experience as a Finance Controller;
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Office, and other relevant tools;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Availability to travel;
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness;
