Job Description:

9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)

Full time position (40 hours per week)

1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance

Responsibilities - your mission

As an intern in Travel & Expenses at Airbus your tasks may be related with:

• Learning and understanding the company's Travel & Expenses policy;
• Checking the correctness of submitted reimbursement claims by employees;
• Assisting the team with the internal and external controls;
• Learning different expense reimbursement tools;

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or Accounting;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Customer focus;
• Integrity and creativity;
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ease with communication tools, like Google Slides, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
• Keeping positive work relationship;
• Language: English - Advanced level
• Spanish, French or German is a plus.
