    DIE ROLLE

    Sie werden Teil eines Teams sein, das verschiedene Produktlinien unterstützt. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen werden Sie reaktiven Telefon-, E-Mail- und Chat-Support-Dienste mit Schwerpunkt auf Fehlerbehebung und effiziente Problembehandlung für unsere kleinen und mittleren Unternehmenskunden bereitstellen.

    Ein Teil Ihrer täglichen Aufgaben wird sein:

    • Optimalen Rat zu verschiedenen Anfragen der Geschäftskunden geben.
    • Administrative Unterstützung (Anmeldung, Passwörter).

    Technischer Support;

    • Eine bedeutungsvolle Beziehung zu wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern in der Marketingbranche aufbauen und als Berater für ihre Online-Werbestrategie dienen.
    • Die Geschäftsziele Ihrer Kunden verstehen, um die erforderlichen Lösungen für Online-Werbung zu finden.
    • Strategische Kampagnenunterstützung zur Schulung Ihrer Kunden bereitstellen.
    • Starke Kundenzufriedenheit mit Schwerpunkt auf Qualität und Ergebnissen erreichen.

    DIE IDEALE STELLE FÜR SIE, WENN SIE HABEN:

    • Ein gutes Englischniveau und ein muttersprachliches Niveau in Deutsch.
    • Interesse an Kundenerlebnisdiensten, Kundensupport oder technischem Support.
    • Starke Kommunikations- und Zuhörfähigkeiten.
    • Kreative Entscheidungsfähigkeiten und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit.
    • Positive Einstellung und betriebswirtschaftliches Gespür.
    • Motivation zum Umzug und schnellen Karrierewachstum.
    • Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundensupport (bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich).
