Objectivo:
Gestão de nova unidade de negócios na Simoldes, Energia. Nesta nova unidade, Simoldes começará com as tecnologias de Armazenamento Energético.
Responsabilidades:
– Liderar, motivar e desenvolver a Equipa de Armazenamento de Energia
– Gerir através das relações com Universidades, Centros Técnicos e Fornecedores
– Gestão e relatórios técnicos e financeiros de projectos
– Gestão de equipas e colaboração inter-funcional, de cima para baixo
– Roteiro de inovação em design para novas tecnologias
– Desenvolvimento de recursos humanos em competências técnicas e soft
– Encorajar a concepção de um ecossistema e de infra-estruturas no domínio da energia
– Relatório ao Director de I&I, CEO e Conselho Simoldes
Qualificações:
– Mestrado ou doutoramento em engenharia química, electroquímica, química, mecânica ou áreas afins
– 3-5 anos de experiência com programas de financiamento europeus ou nacionais
– Sucesso comprovado em liderança
– Algum grau de experiência com energias renováveis
– Conhecimentos intermédios em electroquímica (+2-3 anos de experiência)
– Conhecimentos intermédios em ciência dos materiais (+2-3 anos de experiência)
– Proficiência em inglês

– Espírito inovador, orientado para o mercado, e com um grande sentido de responsabilidade
– Equilíbrio entre os sectores académico e industrial
– Proactividade e motivação para novas tecnologias e altos desafios profissionais
– Abordagem da investigação mundial

Apreciado ter:
