    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Business Consulting team as a Summer Intern, with a focus on Digital Transformation, Business Agility and Business Processes & Automation areas. Expected duration 8 weeks, full time, and hybrid work.

    As an intern, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Participation in projects for clients in the mapping and documentation of business processes and ideation of new ways to bring efficiency to them;
  • Collaborate and gaining exposure to a variety of industries and challenges;
  • Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support project deliverables;
  • Participation in the creation of new approaches to solve business problems in different business sectors;
  • Engage in mentorship opportunities and receive guidance from seasoned professionals in the field.

    • Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Management or Engineering;
  • Curiosity and passion for technology areas;
  • Advanced use of Excel and Power Point;
  • Fluent Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
  • Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and offer outside of the box solutions.

    • To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and possess strong attention to detail.
