- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams is a plus.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Process payments received and apply them to appropriate customer accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
