- Exportar, preparar e atualizar mensalmente ficheiros/reports com informação diversa para diferentes áreas e consequente transformação dos dados;
- Validar e trabalhar a visualização dos dados provenientes dos diferentes sistemas de RH;
- Apoiar o projeto de implementação de módulos em SuccessFactors, promovendo melhorias contínuas de sistema;
- Monitorizar e gerir as parcerias/benefícios do Grupo para os colaboradores, desde a sua negociação, contratualização até implementação;
- Gerir o processo de atribuição do Cartão Staff e de Refeição aos colaboradores;
- Outras tarefas relacionadas com Payroll e Benefícios
- Licenciatura nas áreas de Gestão, Informática de Gestão ou similares;
- Capacidade de trabalhar numa perspetiva analítica e de transformação de dados;
- Fluência obrigatória na língua inglesa (falada e escrita);
- Familiaridade com Excel e Powerpoint;
- Capacidade de comunicação, iniciativa e trabalho em equipa/parceria com diversas áreas do Grupo.
- Estágio profissional de 9 meses;
- Bolsa mensal e subsídio de alimentação;
- Localização: Alcântara, Lisboa, com possibilidade de trabalho remoto

A área de HR Systems está integrada no departamento de Recursos Humanos e tem como principal objetivo dar suporte a todos os sistemas utilizados nos RH, nomeadamente com a gestão da plataforma do SuccessFactors e sua constante monitorização.
AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:
Como HR Systems Trainee irás desenvolver melhorias contínuas nos sistemas de Recursos Humanos, nomeadamente com a implementação de novos módulos em SuccessFactors.
