- Estruturar análises e conduzir pesquisas primárias para descobrir insights de mercado e consumidor;
- Apoiar nas atividades diárias de Revenue Management: estratégia de pricing, gestão de inventário, canais de distribuição e forecasting;
- Desenvolver análises de benchmarking e concorrência;
- Recorrer à análise de séries históricas e dados transacionais para implementar estratégias;
- Implementar estratégias definindo regras em sistemas de tecnologia (Revenue Management Systems, Property Management Systems).
- Mestrado nas áreas de Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Engenharia ou similares;
- Sentido crítico e abordagem estruturada a problemas, orientada à sua resolução;
- Capacidade de análise quantitativa;
- Facilidade de comunicação e influência;
- Confortável com tarefas que exijam proatividade e autonomia;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
- Fluência em inglês;
- Familiaridade com Excel e Powerpoint.

AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:
Como Revenue Management Trainee, irás identificar e mensurar oportunidades de crescimento de receita, através de análise de dados transacionais, dados de mercado e da concorrência; atingir proficiência em sistemas de Revenue Management que te permitam apoiar na implementação da estratégia de pricing de uma unidade hoteleira; trabalhar em equipa e aprender a comunicar com eficácia com pessoas de diferentes áreas e países.
