- Inbetriebnahme und Test während der Entwicklungsphase, entweder in der internen SPS-Simulation, im Testzentrum des Kunden oder vor Ort
- Die Beratung des Projektleiters in der Designphase, Software-Entwicklung, Inbetriebnahme und Integration
- Die Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen in Übereinstimmung mit der Bibliothek
- Die Unterstützung und Optimierung der Schnittstelle zwischen Software-Parametrisierungsprozess und Software-Generierungswerkzeugkette
- Unterstützung bei der Umstellung bestehender Kundensysteme von S7 Classic auf S7 TIA
- Die Emulation implementierter Software mit Hilfe von "Digital Twin" Lösungen
- Allen-Bradley Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Bei Neuentwicklungen von Software kann es sein, dass Besuche vor Ort obligatorisch werden
- Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Inbetriebnahme während der Integrationsphase unseres Sortiersystems
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Zudem konnten Sie bereits Erfahrung als technische Teamleitung im Bereich Software Engineering oder Inbetriebnahme/Integration sammeln
- Sie bringen Expertenwissen in TIA-Portal, Software Engineering und Software-Architektur mit
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von Profinet, Asi-Bus, Profibus, CAN Bus, Ethernet und TCP-IP setzen wir voraus
- Sie kennen sich in der Antriebstechnik (Siemens / SEW), in der Siemens Fail Safe Programmierung, in der HMI-Technologie mit WinCC sowie in der OPCUA-Kommunikation zwischen TIA PLC und Anlagen-SCADA-System aus
- Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Infrastruktur, High Level Controls und Netzwerken
- Kenntnisse in Emulations-Software sind erforderlich, unser bevorzugtes Emulationswerkzeug ist Demo D3
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von komplexen automatisierten Anlagen (automatisierte logistische Sortierzentren) mit
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift stellen für Sie kein Problem dar
- Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und ein starkes Engagement zur Erreichung von Kundenzielen zeichnet Sie aus
