We are looking for a Service Desk Agent fluent in Finnish who excels in communication, problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a desire to make a significant impact in the technology sector. As a Service Desk Agent at HCL Technologies, you will serve as the primary contact for customer support inquiries from Finnish-speaking stakeholders. In this role, you will manage incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy and proactivity to address their needs effectively and offer innovative solutions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, proficiency in Computers and Digital Network configurations, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, fluency in Finnish (native-level) and English (independent user level).
